Mr. Sims started his career at one of Washington States most experienced criminal defense law firms.  He started out working as a public defender for clients in the cities of Kent, Lakewood, Seatac, Milton, Kirkland, Sammamish, Shoreline, and Kenmore.  He is also admitted to practice in the Muckleshoot tribal court.  In 2016, Mr. Sims applied and was accepted to the conflict felony public defense panels in both Pierce and King Counties.  All the while growing his private case load to where he became the primary attorney for all of the firms private criminal cases.  

Mr. Sims enjoys being able to take a more personalized approach for his clients as he works to obtain the best outcomes.  Mr. Sims is here to assist those charged in any criminal matter, whether it is your first offense DUI, to something more serious such as vehicular assault, vehicular homicide, to allegations related to sex offenses.  These include all misdemeanor and felony charges. He is prepared and ready to help you face off against the government whether you are facing misdemeanor or felony charges.
